In 1705, Scotland, traveling was dangerous. English Lady Julian and her Uncle set out from England to fulfill a marriage contract drawn up between her Uncle and Scottish Lord Kleiss.

Just a day away from meeting her betrothed, Lady Julian finds herself being dragged out of her carriage in the middle of the night.

Adain, the Leader of the Scottish Clan Cameron, was riding home when came upon a group of highway rogues pulling a woman out of her carriage. Adain rode up and dispatched the robbers only to offer his help to Lady Julian in her hour of need, only to find she has been promised to one of the most ruthless man in Scotland.

Julian has a gift that she has kept a secret. She can see and feel the thoughts of those she loves. Adain has secrets he wants to keep. Julian has only just meet Adain when she starts to see and feel his pain, drawing her to comfort him in the early morning hours... as Lord Kleiss impatiently wait for his bride to arrival. When Julian does not arrive, he sends out riders to find her, only to find out that the Leader of the Clan Cameron has her. Lord Kleiss will stop at nothing to get her back.

I would highly recommend Ms. Wildes' TRAITOR'S MOON. The characters are well written with life, honor and passion. It has a good pace, and the book and the story line had kept me turning the page to find out what was going to happen next.
