Kenneth Ingram, a white interim professor working at Franklin College, is instantly attracted to a young Black woman he see while out walking one day. He knows in an instant that she is destined to be his mate. For Kenneth, it is love at first sight.

Unfortunately, the young woman, Chris, turns out to be one of Professor Ingram’s students. After ending an abusive relationship, she is a bit cynical when her professor tells her that he’s going to marry her. She doesn’t believe him, but she is definitely attracted to him.

This is a story about how a divorced white man, with a white mother and a black stepfather, finds love with a young black woman. Professor Ingram notices his sexy student Chris immediately, and then begins to pursue her. They develop a sexy steamy relationship together and they end up getting married.

This is a brilliant story of love, sex, relationships, and the impact of prejudice. I believe in love at first sight, and so did Professor Ingram. This is a light, fun read, encompassing some of the issues that are so prevalent in society today in a very productive way. I think the author did a lovely job interlacing these heavy topics with light fun to create a wonderful, believable story.

Ms. Cromwell‘s number one addiction is daytime soaps. She draws her inspiration for over the top and occasionally outrageous dialogue not only from her favorite daytime soaps – which she records religiously – but also from her family and friends. She‘s the first to admit that her characters are sometimes way out there, but millions of fans of the genre can‘t be wrong! You can reach her at pacd97867@cs.com or www.patcromwell.com.

Kasim Ahmed Mohammed is the nephew of a sheik, but is a sheik himself through his lineage. He is aggressive, and a bit overbearing, and he loves Cassie Livingston.

Cassandra Livingston is a twenty-one year old journalist who is helping her father at his stables when she meets Kasim; her knees grew weak, her heart rate sped up and she fell in love with this Middle-Eastern man named Kasim.

This sweet love story brings together an English woman and a Middle-Eastern man in a sweet connection. They overcome different cultural as well as religious differences, to form a beautiful relationship

Absolutely enchanting, such a wonderful story. This story is a beautiful combining of cultures, creating something lovely and worth reading. Ms. Sole created a work, putting it boldly on the canvas and painted it with happy, bright, and sweet colors. For the hopeless romantics like myself, this story is a must read, and one I will read again. Great work, Ms. Sole, I loved it!

Ms. Sole was born in Swindon. She started writing in 1976, combining this with helping her husband to run his antique shop. Writing as Anne Herries, Linda won the 2004 RNA Romance Award and the Betty Neels Trophy. You can reach her at http://www.lindasole.co.uk.

Star is trying to catch a man – Nathan, to be exact. But when Star ducks into the men’s room due to long ladies lines, who does she find herself with but the one man she desires.

Nathan had admired the beauty from the stage and now temptation was right in front of him. When he looks at her, all the other women in the crowd fade in a haze. One night is worth the risk. Though he has the rock star reputation, he’s willing to do anything he can to convince Star that he would do anything for her love.

There were a couple of inconsistencies that kept this from a higher rating. The very beginning started with her in a black dress then ended up in a red dress. There were some spelling errors. I wanted more about each character. I like when there is some form of conflict in the story, but they didn’t have to truly overcome any problems and they didn’t have time to grow to find out about each other. Of course, in a fantasy, everything does go the way one plans and this was a short read. But I did enjoy the descriptions and style of writing. Overall, not a bad read. I’d pick up something from this author up again.
